Come back frequently to see new tips on improving your health, not only physically, but mentally also. I will be posting articles which I find are pertinent for just about everyone. Sometimes I will post very short thoughts that I have found are helpful in every day living. Sometimes you'll find articles about your health that seem to pertain directly to the experiences you are having. So, come back and visit this page on my site and send your friends here! Thanks!
So, here we are in 2015 (Wow! Where did 2014 go???). I'm not much into New Years Resolutions, but here's some good steps to take for the new year.
Step 1: Eliminate as much clutter as possible out of your office, home, and life. Anything that you haven’t used in the last 12 months should be sold, given away, or thrown out. If you can’t sell it fast, then just get rid of it no matter how much you paid for it. Trust me on this one.
Step 2: Remove chemicals from your life. No bleach, Windex, or cleaners of any kind unless they are safe and natural.
Step 3: Remove sugar from your diet and that includes fake sugar too.
Step 4: Spend more time with friends and family.
Step 5: Stop worrying about what other people think. Just STOP IT! Who cares what kind of car you drive, how many suits you own, or if you if you belong to the country club or not?
Step 6: Exercise 7 days a week. Even if it’s just a 30 minute walk each day or 100 push-ups spread throughout the day between patient visits, or a full body garage workout (I hate gyms). No more excuses!
Step 7: Pray, meditate, or practice some sort of quiet time, at least twice a day.
Step 8: Take off 3 days in a row each and every week. I recommend Fri.-Sun. This is a must!
Step 9: Always be nice, generous, and put others before yourself.
Step 10: When you are working, work hard. Put in the time. Also never stop investing in your capabilities and your confidence.
Do these things and you’ll have what can’t be bought: health and happiness.
…And that my friend, is true wealth.
